Android / Google TV
Use your TV’s official app store for compatible streaming apps.
Before you begin
- An Android TV or Google TV device and remote
- Wi-Fi and a Google account
- Your chosen service’s sign-in details, if required

Connect and update
Complete the TV’s on-screen Wi-Fi and Google account setup. Check Settings for any available system updates.

Open the app store
On Google TV, open the Apps tab and search for your service. On Android TV, open Apps, then Google Play Store.

Install the official app
Search by the provider’s name and check its publisher. Select the app and follow the installation instructions.

Connect your provider account
Open the app and follow its sign-in or activation steps. Use only the activation address shown by the official app.

Start watching
Choose a title or live channel within the service. Subscription platforms require a separate paid account.
Troubleshooting
No compatible app
Not every phone app has a TV version. Check your provider’s supported-device list and region availability.
Sign-in fails
Confirm your provider account works on its official website. For activation-code problems, request a fresh code in the app.
Official help
Only install from official stores or provider websites. Subscriptions are separate and availability varies by region.
