Fire TV
Install streaming services from the official Amazon Appstore.
Before you begin
- A connected Fire TV and remote
- Wi-Fi and an Amazon account
- Your chosen service’s sign-in details, if required

Connect your Fire TV
Connect the device to your TV, select its HDMI input, and complete the on-screen Wi-Fi and Amazon account setup.

Find the official app
From Home, open Find and search for the streaming service by name. Check the app’s publisher before installing.

Install from the store
Select the app, then choose Get or the shopping-cart icon. Wait for installation and choose Open.

Sign in with the service
Follow the app’s instructions. If it shows an activation code, use only the web address displayed by the official app. A Screen Connecter TV account does not replace a provider account.

Choose something to watch
Browse within the service. Free, ad-supported services may still ask you to create an account; paid services need a separate subscription.
Troubleshooting
The app does not appear
The service may not support your Fire TV model or region. Check its official site; do not sideload an unofficial replacement.
Playback keeps stopping
Check Wi-Fi, restart the app and device, and install available system updates. Contact the provider if the problem continues.
Official help
Only install from official stores or provider websites. Subscriptions are separate and availability varies by region.
