Find official streaming apps on iPhone, iPad and Android.
Before you begin
- A supported iPhone, iPad or Android device
- Wi-Fi or a mobile data connection
- An Apple or Google account for your app store

Open your official store
On iPhone or iPad, open App Store. On Android, open Google Play Store.

Find the service
Search for your chosen streaming service by name and verify its publisher. Avoid lookalike apps.

Install the app
On Apple devices, tap Get or the displayed price and confirm. On Android, tap Install. Check compatibility and any price before confirming.

Sign in
Open the app and sign in or create an account with the provider. Screen Connecter TV does not include third-party subscriptions.

Watch on your device
Select a title or live channel. Video uses mobile data, so connect to Wi-Fi if you want to avoid using your data allowance.
Troubleshooting
App unavailable
Check the service’s device requirements and your store region. Never install an unknown profile or unofficial APK to bypass restrictions.
Want to watch on a TV?
Casting depends on the app and TV. Look for the provider’s casting instructions; not every service or title supports casting.
Official help
Only install from official stores or provider websites. Subscriptions are separate and availability varies by region.
